Beginning March 10 and lasting through the end of April, crews from Rural/Metro Fire Department and Carefree Water will be inspecting and exercising all fire hydrants within Carefree.
Please be alert when you see these crews on the side of the road and be cautious driving as there may be water on the roadway. Carefree now has nearly 450 fire hydrants. Your patience is appreciated as these crews work their way through our community.
