The Development Review Board is made up of 7 members appointed by the Town Council. Members carry out the purposes of the Zoning Ordinance as it pertains to commercial site plans, mountainside subdivisions and lots, and other items related to development.
Meetings are held at 4 p.m. the 2nd Monday of each month
Meetings are held at Carefree Town Council Chambers located at 33 Easy Street, Carefree, AZ 85377
As decided by the Commission during its February 10, 2025 meeting, the time for the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment/Development Review Board/Economic Development Advisory Board regular meetings have been changed. Starting in April, these meetings will now take place at 4:00 PM instead of the previous time of 5:00 PM.
