Meetings are held at the Town Council Chambers (33 Easy Street)
The Board of Adjustment is made up of 7 members appointed by the Town Council. If there are cases to review, both meetings of the Board of Adjustment and Development Review Board are initially scheduled for the 2nd Monday of the month at 5 p.m. or later on the same day as the Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting. Occasionally, these meetings are cancelled when there are no cases to include on the agenda.
When there is a sufficiently large number of items to review, the meetings of the Board of Adjustment and / or the Development Review Board could be scheduled on the 3rd Monday of the month.
The agenda for each meeting is posted typically the Friday before the meeting if held on Monday or Tuesday.

As decided by the Commission during its February 10, 2025 meeting, the time for the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment/Development Review Board/Economic Development Advisory Board regular meetings have been changed. Starting in April, these meetings will now take place at 4:00 PM instead of the previous time of 5:00 PM.
