Carefree-Cave Creek Consolidated Court
Mission Statement: The Carefree-Cave Creek Consolidated Court is committed to efficient resolution of all cases in a fair and impartial manner while providing excellent customer service.
The court has jurisdiction over all traffic offenses, criminal misdemeanors, Town ordinance violations, and protective orders that occur within the Towns of Carefree and Cave Creek.
Open Court is held each Tuesday from 9:00am until the cases are heard.
