This online system is your convenient one-stop shop for all permits and licenses. Whether you’re applying for a building permit, requesting an inspection, paying application fees, or renewing a business license, the entire process can now be completed quickly and securely online — saving you time and eliminating the need for in-person visits.

As of Thursday, September 4, 2025, all applications must be submitted online. In-person submittals will no longer be accepted.
Already submitted projects? Don’t worry — any applications already in review will continue to be processed through our existing system.
When the portal officially launches on Sept. 4 you will start by creating an account within the Permit & License Portal to keep your all of your information in one place.
