Strategic Communications Workplan

On Tuesday, Aug. 6, Madisyn Garrett, the Communications Manager for the Town, presented the Strategic Communications Workplan to the Council. The presentation highlighted the Town's communications and marketing efforts, focusing on three core missions: Two-Way Communication, Reliability & Transparency, and Enhancing Visitor Experience. Madisyn outlined the management of communication channels—digital, written, and verbal—emphasized collaboration efforts with stakeholders, and discussed general marketing strategies to attract visitors. The Strategic Communications Plan aims to explain the importance of these core missions and detail how the Town will achieve its communication goals.
