The Planning & Zoning Commission is a quasi-judicial body made up of 7 individuals who have been appointed by Town Council to review and act on matters related to planning and development. Commissioners provide recommendations on a wide array of land-use issues including subdivision plats, zoning ordinance amendments, Special Use Permits, and general plan amendments.
As decided by the Commission during its February 10, 2025 meeting, the time for the Planning Commission/Board of Adjustment/Development Review Board/Economic Development Advisory Board regular meetings have been changed. Starting in April, these meetings will now take place at 4:00 PM instead of the previous time of 5:00 PM.
