IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING VOTER INFORMATION, REGISTRATION AND CHANGES
The fastest and easiest way to update your voter registration is online at the website of the Maricopa County Recorder:

On this website you can:
- Register online to vote
- Update your voter registration or party affiliation
- Change your address
- Request an early ballot by mail
- Sign up for the Permanent Early Voting List
- Check the status of your provisional (mail in) ballot
Requests can also be made by calling Maricopa County Elections Department,
Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.,
at 602-506-1511 or 602-506-2348 (TDD).
Additionally, written requests may be sent to:

Written requests should include the voter’s name, residence address, date of birth, election for which the ballot is requested, address where the ballot is to be mailed (if different than residence address), and the signature of the requestor.
How to Obtain Voting Assistance
To arrange for voting assistance for the Primary or General Elections, contact the Maricopa County Elections Office, 510 S. Third Avenue, Phoenix, AZ 85003, 602-506-1511, or 602-506-2348 (TDD). Verbal or written requests must specify the address of confinement if assistance is needed from an Election Board.
